高壓介電強度擊穿試驗儀性能特點：
1、主要由升壓系統(tǒng)、測量系統(tǒng)、A/D轉換器、放電系統(tǒng)、電極、油箱、電極定位架、計算機數據處理系統(tǒng)、軟件等組成；

將介電試驗機的一根試驗引接到作為一個電極的試樣的導體上，并另一根試驗引接到作為另一個電極的金屬試棒上，電壓應從零開始上升至28.1規(guī)定的試驗電壓。升壓速度不得超過500V/s如果達到水平無擊穿，電壓應保持在該水平60秒。

操作臺要求
